HELP! i have fat arms :/?!
Question: HELP! i have fat arms :/!?
lol!. now i wouldnt call myself fat or overweight!. i was actually just at my doctors about a month ago and he said im healthy for my height and weight!.!.!.but compared to the rest of my body my arms are big and fat!. like you know that saying 'it will just go to your thighs!.!.!.' its like that!.!.!.only it goes to my arms! not my thighs!!!!. and it makes me look fat overall!. and i hate it!! esp!. since its summer which means tank tops!!! ugh! anyways!.!.!.
What are some excercises that can help me tone them!?
Note that my arms are also very weak lol!.!.!.like 30 pounds is the most i can lift! haha!.!.!.

For arms; if you wanna do arm excersizes what really toned up MY arms are PUSH-UPS (the correct way)
and Pull-ups on a bar, if you have a bar! but push-ups you can do all the time! it really helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com

You don't mention your age!.!.!.women always have trouble with their arms!. You sound fairly young!.!.!.soooo!.!.!.lifting weights will tone and sculp your arms and even tho they may be bigto you, if perfectly shaped they will look good to everybody else!.!.!.think about it!
