I know about sit-ups but are there are other different exercises!?

You could try crunches!. They're similar to sit ups but are harder to do!.

If you get one of them exercise balls, you can do sit ups on that!. Thats quite fun =) There are also other exercises you can do on them to tone your tummy muscles!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

leg lifts, lay on your back and lift your legs to the sky it works the lower abdomen
