I think it is a great start that you have this new frame of mind, and it hopefully means that you are determined enough to this on your own!.

Another great thing is that after losing the initial weight you want to lose, you are making this a LIFESTYLE choice which is so important, and where so many people go wrong!. Some feel they can follow a diet and healthy eating plan for say 6 weeks lose the weight they want to lose and go back to their normal ways again, and it doesn't work like that!.

Remember, your body has probaably been through a lot lately and this lifestyle change will be a whole new makeover for it and make you so much healthier inside and out!.
It sounds like you have had a hard time lately, so it's definately time to think of you!!

If you are wanting to lose weight quickly in time for your holiday then a meal replacement diet like lighterlife or cambridge diet is probably best, and for a lot of people they find that when they go back to eating proper meals again they appreciate food much more and have a better relationship with it!.

HOWEVER, this will help you lose weight if you really stick to it, but because it is such a strict diet you may gain a little back, BUT don't lose heart!! Just carry on eating healthy and keeping fit and you will, without a doubt , continue to lose weight and reach your goal!.

Definately stick to keeping fit and working out (maybe decreasing the workouts a little gradually as too much and long term don't have the benefits anymore, and can wear tour body out)!. Introduce activity in your everyday life too, and make simple changes, such as walking as much as you can and always taking the stairs!.

Good luck with this, and well done with your achievement so far, and fighting your depression!. Some people don't understand what hard work it is!.

Either spend the shopping budget on cocaine & watch it melt away at some cost to your health!.

If you dont like drugs you need to diet & exercise but setting yourself an 8wk timescale for looking slim from 20st is unrealistic & will put you under pressure!.

I say make gradual positive changes to your diet & lifestyle, work on improving your mental wellbeing to lose your inhibitions & enjoy your holiday come the time regardless of how you look!.

All the best!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
