i wanna be a runner.
so can any one give me a training schedule or routine or any sujestion
i also wanna get fit.

The key motivation for runners is the desire to run. If you really want it, you have taken step 1.
Focus on running itself rather than any long-term goals. Set very specific short-term goals. For example, work on running posture or practice optimum breathing patterns for intense workouts.
Add intervals, track work, long runs and hills to your usual running schedule.
Run for the joy of moving your body, enjoying its strength, the air on your face—just like a child. Imagine yourself as one of the greats, ahead of the pack in an important race, crowds cheering on either side as you sprint to the finish.

Use shoes that are designed for running, and tell the salesperson the kind of surface you'll be running on to find shoes that fit best. When hitting the track, start by stretching. Start jogging slowly the first 100 yards, and move up to a faster pace. Try to keep your pace, close your mouth, toes first, heels last. Arms bent at waist level, fists closed.
Start with running a set amount of time (12 minutes for example), count how many laps you did, and finish by walking the last lap, to cool down. Stretch after you finish.
Next week, try doing half a lap more, in the same amount of time, and keep doing more every week. When you finish at least 5 whole laps to the track, running non-stop, then you can focus on something more demanding.
