Question: Will it still have the same effects!.!.!?
i just had a protein bar with 2 glasses of milk an apple then peanut butter crackers with a some choc on them so total it was like 600cals id say with 40g protein 20g fat and 75g carbs!.!.!.is that too much for one meal like will it effect my muscle growth badly in anyway or will i jus gain some fat from eating this!.!.basically i had 400cals extra todayWww@Answer-Health@Com

The rule of thumb is!.!.!. any unused calories will be stored as fat!.

So whether its protein that you didnt end up using because its wasnt used to repair muscles from working out, or carbs/sugars that you didnt burn throughout the day!.!. all these calories will be converted into fat!.!. 3,500 excess calories is 1lb fat!.

for a rate of 400 excess calories/day!.!.!. you'd be packing 1lb of fat in about 9 days!.!.!.

so my advice is use those calories!.!.!. workout and be active!. =)

your body can only consume or absord so much protein in one sitting!. You should spread it out over the day!. Don't try to "load" on protein!. It doesn't work!. The only thing that will happen is that you will definately fart alot!. You''ll be on the bowl more often!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
