im going to go on a diet soon and i wanna know what foods i should stick to !?

Keep a variety, though!. Try meals geared towards a diabetic!.
Just a word of advice - try changing the way you eat instead of dieting!. Diets are hard to stick to - it's ok to cheat now and then, its ok if you mess up one day!. Just go back to healthy eating the next day!. Breakfast and lunch should be decent sized, dinner being the smallest!.

have a small breakfast!. an egg or small bowl cereal, some fruit or fruit juie and some milk!. small lunch including veggies or a v8, mid afternoon snack of a yogurt and a piece of fruit , small sensible dinner!. small portion of meat pleanty of veggies!. later a small sugarless desert!. at least 3 hours before going to bed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
