Question: How can i lose 20- 24lb lbs in 5 weeks! 10 points!?
I mean like what to eat:
I haven't really got a clue!.!.
Can some one give me a meal plan to stick to!


I need to be aiming at 4-5lbs a week!.
and i have just recently joined the gym!.!. what sort of workout should i be doing!
I have been spending 2 hrs at the gym!
everyday!

I eat everything but beef,, and lamb!.!.!. and can't really afford steak and stuff!
As i'm a student!!!

Well, I get that question a lot from many people I help!.

I'll eventually tell you how to lose more weight in a healthy way and maintain it for many years!.

In the mean time, here is how to lose weight quickly!.

First, eat a small portion 6 times a day, every three hours!.

Second, drink lots of water- 8 glasses a day!.

Third, cut down on soda and switch to diet soda or even water!.

Fourth, do NOT skip breakfast!.

Fifth, eat lean meat such as chicken and turkey!.

Sixth, do not eat within two hours before going to bed!.

Seventh, carry healthy snacks such as fruits and baby carrots!.

Eighth, start running 30 minutes a day, 5 times a week!.

Last, sleep at least 8 hours day!. Lack of sleep makes you eat more!.

4-5lb a week is not healthy, nor is it sustainable or will it enable you to keep the weight off long term!. You're obviously not doing an English course, as your question is merely liberally sprinkled with punctuation, none is actually where it should be!.

Eat fewer calories than you burn, simple as that!. There are no pills, no shortcuts, no quick fixes, no nothing!. Simply burn more calories than you consume!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

To be honest i do not believe in diets, i think you should eat everything you would normally eat but just less of it!. As long as you are eating fruit, veg and drinking plenty of water you will be good!. As for exercise you need to be doing cardio vascular exercise such as jogging, skipping, swimming and fast pace walking!. Good luck but be realistic, 24lb is a lot to lose so quickly and could be dangerous!. South beach diet, or atkins diet, or just cut out carbs (bad ones) like sugar, breads pasta flour stuff like that eat lean protien and veggies, salad that stuff low carb dieting is a fast and easy way to eat, you dont have to eat steak and stuff like that i do it have lost 30lbs in 2 months and hate beef and pork but i do like chicken!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi!. If you want to lose weight quickly i suggest a low carb diet!. This is not meant to be done long term, the best way is healthy eating and exercise but seeing as your goal is to lose weight over a short period of time, which i am assuming you have a important event happening then i personally think this is the best way for a quick fix!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Simple eat often but very small portions, speeds up your metabolism!. Doesn't really matter what you eat!. Do an hours cardiovascular exercise every day, like running, brisk walking, hard swimming, fast cycling, skipping, strep machine, rowing!. You cannot do it and remain healthy - you are talking of nearly 2 stone! In fact you would probably not lose that much if you did not eat anything and just drank water!.

Without arranging to have the limb you would miss least amputated, there is no possibility that you are going to lose that much weight, that quickly!. Best results might be 1- 1 1/2 pounds a week and MOST people are lucky to achieve that!

Its not healthy to try and lose 4-5 lbs a week unless you are morbidly obese!

You should aim for losing 1 pound a week trust me the slower you lose weight the slower it will be to gain weight!.!.

Aswell as going to the gym try swimming

For food swap your white bread for whole meal
drink skimmed milk
For cravings such as chocolate try gettin some options drinking chocolate only around 38 calories!.

Try not to make it too hard on yourself by not eating an awful lot you are only making it more tempting to eat more fatty foods!.

Eat every 3 hours in a day to keep your metabolism rate up

Buy some green tea
