Working out on a treadmill?!


Question: Working out on a treadmill!?
I need to lose some of this extra baggage, and been working out on the treadmill at a speed of 3!.1 mph and an incline of 1!.0 at 30 mins per day for 2 weeks so far!. I'm working on going longer and faster speed, but I just restarted exercising and I've been sweating bullets just going 30 minutes! I've lost a total of 5 pounds so far, maybe!. But, I want to know will this help me lose weight, or will this be a slow process!? Besides dieting and everything, what I'm already doing!. Just want to know if this is going to achieve my goal or be a disappointment!. I feel discouraged!. Thanks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I feel like this is going to achieve ya goal like u said u should work on the speed and incline maybe try the interval setting or up hill setting to varie your workout instead of doing the same thing this will shock ya body because doing the same thing over n over will maybe ya body use to it n wont help u to your goalWww@Answer-Health@Com

The tread mill is a great way to get a good work out but that alone won't help you lose all of your weight!. What you're doing is building muscle which is good but you want to do more active work outs like jump rope or dancing!. Keep it up with a variety so that your whole body benefits!.
