Question for the nutritionists?!

Question: Question for the nutritionists!?
Can calculate how many calories a home made meal contains!?

if so, how!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
You'll have to add up the calories for each ingredient and the number of servings of that ingredient that your using!.
Ex!.
Pasta: 210 calories per serving, 6 servings per box, you use half a box (or 3 servings)!.
210*3=630 calories for the pasta!.

Do this for each ingredient you use then add it all up and divide it by how many servings your recipe serves!.

For calorie counts on things like green peppers and stuff that doesn't come with an ingredient label I like to use calorieking!.com They have a huge calorie count database!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

As a nutritionist I cna tell you this!. You shoudln't spend your life counting calories when you don't need to!. If you know how many calories are in something you can keep in mind that you ate this amount but counting calories is no fun!. A better and healthier alternative is to eat an all natural diet with no man made products whatsoever!. No bread, no white flour , no sugar, non of that crap!. Also reduce fatty foods!. America is a very meat centric culture!. Other cultures like China, Japan, India incorporate variety into their diet!. A deit shpuld include whole grains like oats, brown rice, quinoa!. Legumes like peanut butter, soy, all manner of dried beans and sweet peas!. Nuts and seeds like sunflower seeds, almonds, cashews, etc!. Vegetables especially form the brassica family as ythey have most nutrient packed veggies!. Kale Broccoli, cauliflower and spinach are all brassica's!. Fresh furit is also important and you don't have to get exotic, apples, bananas, grapes, raisins in oatmeal, and all the normal furit is very good!. Citrus are good antioxidants!. Also low fat dairy and some lean meats should be thrown in but limited!. If you are really health concious than all of the above should be organic, and dairy and meats should be free range, cattle should be grass fed and dairy should unpasteurised and unhomogenised!. realmilk!.com and westonaprice!.org are good info sites as well as worldshealthiestfoods!.com Vegetarian Sports Nutrition is an excellent book for finding the nutrient profiles of plant based foods!. You can add meat as you wish!. Perhaps the most important thing is if god made it than it is good, but if it has been latetred in any way by man than don't eat it!. Also you cna follow a Levitical diet but Christ said that it is not what a man puts in his mouth but what comes form it that counts!. Meaning that food is unimportant when compared to what is in your heart and what you say!. So , eat all natural, don't stuff yourself, think about what you are putting into your body and eat a balanced diet and counting calories should be unneccessary!. Also don't just eat steak and potatoes, though it is all natural it is not a balanced diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well you would have to figure out exactly how much of each ingredient you are using then figure out how many calories are in that amount of product!. then you would add them all up and there you go!.
