100lbs is not fat it's more likely light weight!.
but to stay health and slim!. am going to give you the basics
Eating the right foods like: fruits, vegetables, and bake foods!.
What Foods you shouldn't eat: Fried Foods, and Junk foods!.
Drink a Lot of water pure water: milk orange juice, apple juice!.
What Not to drink: Sweet juices, alcohol, energy drinks!. but you can drink power Aid!.
Exercises: Warm ups, Streching, Regular Exercises, Walking!. walking is good for the heart!. and gives you more oxygen to the brain and body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

who cares you're oly 13,be a kid while you still can, when you hit 15 or 16 thats when you should change if you decide on it!. If you don't wanna do that just cut out fast foods and food that you know is bad, it may sound easy but its harder than it sounds!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
