How can I build my breast to be more man-like, since I was fat and now I started training in the gym.?
any help is ok. please guys, you know how embarrassing it is to go to the beach and have boobs like a gurl:( I mean they're not soo big, it's probably more my imagination , but still . some workout would help, so I'm open for suggestions :) thx

since your chest is your problem area......concentrate on developing a nice hard manly chest. here is what you do......
2 times a week i want you to train your chest. start with the bench press and do 3 sets of 8-12 reps. then move on to the incline bench press and do 3 sets of 8-12 reps. then do dumbell flat bench presses for another 3 sets of 8-12 reps. finally do incline dumbell presses for 3 sets of 8-12 reps. 3 days later do 3 sets of as many dips as you can do. then do 3 sets of as many pushups as you can do. continue to lift weights with the rest of your body so you dont look funny and so you can develop your entire body. continue to eat right, stick to mainly proteins, drink lots of water. stay away from sugar and other snacks. good luck!
