Question: What is the best/quickest way to lose fat and build muscle!?
Hey, im 17 years old about 6 ft and 220lbs!. i used to work out in like 9th grade and i wasnt as fat and i was startin to get kind of big but then i started partying and ruined all my hard work!.!.!. i just want to get some opinions on what i could do better because i kind of just lifted free wieghts and ate a lot of grilled chicken but i was wondering if there are any supplement that could help expadite the fat burning or muscle building!.!.!. none of that diet pill crap but some kind of protein that wont make me fat!.!. any help is appreciated!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

When I started to excessively workout at the gym I would lift 3days a week, 1 day maxing out to my very max, then after working up that sweat jump on the treadmill or eliptical machine for a good 20 minutes, no more than 30 minutes!. Eat a well planned meal!. On your off days stay active walk/jog/run for about 1hr 30min!.
