Good Pectoral Exercises?????

What are some good pectoral exercises. I already do push-ups, but i am really trying to get rid of my man-boobs. I have some 5 and 10 pound dumbbells if you know some exercises with those, thanks!

I DO do cardio to help rid the fat, and i am dieting. The boobs aren't too bad just not what i want them to be. So i mainly need to lose the remaining fat and gain definition.

I think you need a good combo of both weight lifting as well as cardio. If you have man boobs, you need to help get rid of the fat and the best way to do that would be good ol cardio (ie. running, swimming, biking, elliptical, etc.). As far as weight lifting exercises, you probably want to do the bench press mixed with some "flys" (while laying on a bench with weights in each hand, make a motion like you're hugging someone and bring the weights together). This will help work the edges of your pecs for better definition.

Keep in mind that technique is critical so make sure you do a little extra research into these exercises. You will want to have some variety by doing presses and flys while flat, inclined (for upper chest), and declined (for lower chest). Good luck.
