When to jog?

so i jog up my street and around the corner and i've decided to try to jog atleast once a day and twice if i have time. but i was wondering i like to jog in the morning but should i jog before or after i've eaten breakfast and same with lunch


Answers:

Always workout BEFORE you eat...

1. You won't get sick while you're exercising
2. Your metabolism will be boosted from working out, so when you eat, you'll burn more calories.
