You can lose 1-2 lbs a week but don't be too restrictive with your eating, you're too young!. Just stay away from junk, drink mainly water (limit juice and soda), low fat dairy is good, lean meat, lots of fresh fruit and vegetables!.

The main thing is to get active!. Make yourself do some cardio every day - walk, jog, swim, cycle, dance!. Move move move! If you keep it up for a few weeks it becomes addictive!. You might want to do some crunches, push ups, lunges and squats too!.

I don't know about whether you will lose ten pounds or not but, eat a lot of fruits and vegetables, cut down on meats and drink a lot of water!. A LOT OF WATER!. Stay away from foods with a lot of fats, chemicals and preservatives!. Go for walks!. And number one just be happy!. Laugh and do things that will make you happy!. If you have any parasites in your body this will help to raise pH levels and destroy them which will speed up body processes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Running, jogging, dancing, jumping jacks, jumproping!. Any excersizes that gets your heart pumping fast!.

To get the enery to do the workouts, have some fruits and vegetebales, and as little carbs as possible because the carbs can store as fat!.

You are too young to be worrying about your weight - save that for when you are older!
But!.!.!. 10 pounds in 6 weeks!? Dieting will be better for you than exercise and exercise alone won't really get your weight off!.

My advice is to find a diet that works for you - For rapid weight loss try the Lemon Detox Diet or the Atkins Diet!. Both are VERY restrictive but you will have immediate results!.
