Question: What should i eat to put on some weight!?
I am 14 years old and i look very thin!. My friends make fun of me because of this!. So, i need some ideas to put on weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you're wanting to put on some weight without it going to the wrong places, then probably the best suggestion would be to increase your protein intake!. Eat things like grilled pork chops, white meat chicken, fish, and lean beef!. Other things that are good are nuts, especially almonds, and soy products, if you are not allergic!. You can also go to your local GNC or whatever nutrition store you have in your area and get a special drink mix for healthy weight gain, and incorporate that into your diet and exercise regimen!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
TRUST ME, DO not eat junk food!. Lots of people will say eat McDonalds eat junk!. DO not do that!. Eat healthy but eat 2400 calories a day!. So if this is your diet:
Breakfast:
2 Fried Eggs
1 glass milk
1 piece of toast
then for your gain weight diet breakfast would be:
3-4 fried eggs
2 glasses milk
1 glass juice
3 pieces of wheat toast
ETC!. So double up on healthy foods!. But eat several meals though out the day, because that way you can consume more calories healthfully!. ALSO talk to your doctor and a nutritionist!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

eat 5 to 6 times a day!. eat alot of food that contains protein such as poultry food like steak, chicken, pork, fish and dairy food, like yogurt, cheese and milk!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
