If you're going to lift weights, make sure you do some cardio before, so when you lift, you'll be burning fat when you are in your heart rate zone!. Aim for lower weight, higher rep workouts for toning and fat burn!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

whatever you do, dont work out everyday, its bad for you!. Its a misconception that you have to work out daily!. Do it every other day or so!. Change your diet slightly, eat smaller portions and cut out pop and only drink water!. That alone will give you results! Do some walking and light jogging to start!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
