Question: I need help!! since i have skinny legs/chicken legs!?
Well im not conceited but i guess im pretty!. ONE PROBLEM: MY ****** LEGS!!! they dont seem skinny to me but im 5 feet 2 and 13 years old!. i get a lot of comments like ''you have chicken legs'' && ''at least im not skin and bones'' and that hurts my feelings!. i NEED fatter legs in 1 month!. thats when skool starts!. What can i do!? and what are squats!? and just list things that i cud eattt!!!! cuz i eat alot but im only like 90-95 pounds!. list excercises and like how daily i shud do it and results and such!. it's your body people wud die to have skinner legs! your 13 you'll grow out of them!. i'm nearly 16 and im just out of my sticky form!. i was 5'9 and 100 pounds so i know how you feel!.
if you want to gain mass on your legs dont eat shitty food please dont, do some swimming and eat 2,000 cals a day!.

I think that you are kind of up the creek with out a paddle!. I was like that before I got pregnant!. (don't get pregnant!) I ate everything in site, when I was in high school, on pizza day I ate 4 slices of pizza, soda, cookies!. There isn't anything you can do!. Just think of it this way, one day, if you want to be a model, you have the body to do it!

Yo, girl I had the same problem 2, but u want 2 know a little secret!. Its a little thing I like to call sports!. When I had skinny/chicken legs I simply joined track, and gained a lot of muscle!. Which made my legs way bigger!. But if sports aren't your thing then u could just do exercises!. U could walk around the block, do squats, or u could even do fun activities like rollerblading, swimming, and bike riding!. Try some of the tips and I guarantee they could help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well for the food part i have no idea!. it sounds to me you have a high metabolism and nomatter what you eat you'll be skinny!. Squats are where you go up and down like sitting in and getting up from an invisible chair!. now my thoughts!. skinny legs look better!. believe it or not 75% of americans are over weight so there probably just jelous!. i'd be proud not to have legs like tree trunks if i were you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you'll probably need a little more time until your curves start kicking in, then you'll have even killer legs! idk if you should do exercises on your legs because then it'll just make it really thin and muscular!. maybe eat a lot but exercise your upper body and abs instead of legsWww@Answer-Health@Com

started leg pressings and do lunges and squats you can use google to find out how to do them!. light weights are optional but not necessary, eat more protein will give you more mscle mass, don't go to overboard on it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

your legs will fill out in no time (and then you'll want them skinny again!) Believe me, I'm 40 yrs!. old and when I was your age my legs were so skinny I wouldn't wear a dress or shorts!. But by age 16 I had the most smokin legs out there!.!.!.even won a few "hot legs" contests!!! My daughter is the same way!. She's tiny, 12 years old 77 pounds!!! She gets teased all the time and I'll tell you what I tell her!.!.!.!.ANY ONE WHO MAKES FUN OF YOU, IS JEALOUS OF YOU!!! At your age i would eat everything i saw!. Obviously eat cookies, candy, sugar, etc!. in moderation, but eat pastas, rice, chicken, beef, pork, the more protein and carbs you can get into your system the better, but don't forget your veggies and fruits!. Well since your body has a supply of carbs and protein you are going to need to do activities that will put them to good use!. Run about 30-60 minutes a day 5 times a week, (don't forget to stretch your muscles before and after you run either!.), and squats are a great thing to do for leg muscles, but make sure you do them the right way or else you could injure your lower back or give yourself a hernia!. I'm not gonna explain how to do a squat but i found a great site that will explain how to do them and ill list it under the sources section!. You can also do an exercise called mountain climbers!. You get down on all 4's kinda like a sprinter in the olympics would, then in a quick fashion bring one knee forward to your chest and then alternate to the next!. do that about 30 times and you will be out of breath!. as always though make sure you do stretches before and after all your workouts!.
