Will this help at all?

so i've started the 3 hour diet (eat well portioned meals every 3 hours) and every morning when i wake up i do 15 squats 15 crunches and 10 push ups. then i run around my neighborhood twice a day for about 10 minutes each time. then after lunch i do 15 more squats and crunches I've done this for a week and i want to know if i continue do you think i 'll have major results by the end of summer?
