How to effectively lose weight?
My boyfriend and I both want to lose about 15 to 20 pounds over the next 6 weeks through diet and exercise. We don't want to do any fad diets. I was just wondering what worked best for you in your diet and fitness goals. Any suggestions or insights?

eat often (every 2-3 hours)
eat lots of protein (fish, eggs and chicken)
eat lots of fiber(wheat bread, cellery)
eat lots of fruit (apples, watlermelon)
dont eat sugar
dont eat white bread
dont eat potatos or pasta(all carbs should have fiber)
ceyenne peppers and other spicy foods help weight loss
eat often!!! it keeps your metabolism up
sleep 8 hours a day
excercise with 45-60 min cardio/day low intensity 6mph jog without breaks
