Question: Powder creatine!?!?!? making me vomit!?
today i took creatine for the 1st time and been drinking a lot of water!. I worked out and after i finished, i've been kinda feeling like throwing up!. Its not serious to the point that ill throw up automatically, but i feel like throwing up!. Is it because my body can't handle it or is it because my workout was too hard and i overdid it or something!? some feedback plz!. thanx

Unless you're taking a different formulation than what I have, NO Xplode doesn't have creatine in it, or at least there's not much!. NO Xplode is to give you a great pump and give you a power jolt to your muscles, so you can do powerful lifting and workouts!.

NO Xplode is a pre-workout drink, but you can't just take it without having eaten earlier in the day!. I made the mistake of drinking no xplode for breakfast with no food earlier, and I ran out of energy and felt light headed during the workout!. That made me feel a bit nauseous!.
