Need help...Not sure what to do now.?!
Question: Need help!.!.!.Not sure what to do now!.!?
Three days ago, my brother and I started a diet!. Not sure what the name is, but it's the one where you watch your calorie intake!. Well, we googled "100 Ways to burn 100 Calories" and came up with LOTS of ways!. But here's my problem!.!.!. Today we walked for two hours straight going down the road and now i have a GIANT blister on my pinky toe, and the balls of my feet feel broken *(obvious exaggertaion)* but seriously, they hurt like a bit*h! Anyway, are there any exercises you know of that are good for the arms that require hardly ANY walking!? Because i think i'm going to be off my feet for about a week now (exercising, at least)!. Our options aren't exactly limited, because we have lots of land and stuff!. Like, the other day to burn 200 calories we chopped wood *(trees)* for ten minutes!. hah!. Any other creative ideas like that would be great!. And if possible, could you tell me how many calories you can burn doing that exercise in like 10-20 minutes!? If so, thanks a lot!
