Question: IS IT POSSERBLE TO GAIN WEIGHT BUT LOWER BODY FAT %!? fast all!?
hi,

i am trying 2 get a six pack by i think my body fat % it abouve 7% i did a quick 1 on the internet said i was about 11%!.

i am skinny 14 y/o 5'8 115 pounds wast 28" is it posserble to gain weght to turn into musle and to lower my body fat % so i can have ripped body!. whant to look hot + tonned!.

ALSO CAN SOMEONE GIVE ME A very deataled ABS + PECKS + ARM + WORK OUT THAT IS GOOD - I HAVE NO EQIP!. EXEPT CHINUP BAR 5KG DUMBELLS!. I HAVE 7 WEEK TO LOOK RIPPED! NO PILLS PLEASE

Oh wow, ok

First of all, you're too skinny to be "ripped and tone", you need more calories!. and you need to gain weight!. If you can get a gym membership, you really should, but if you can't, I'll tell you some things to do!.

Pushups: Wide arm, shoulder length, closegrip, diamond (thumbs and pointer make a diamond) These will all work different things, pushups are wonderful!. Normal pushups will work your general ****, Diamonds will work your triceps and inner chest!. You can prop your feet up higher on a chair to work lower tit and add more resistance, and you can do them leaning up against a wall at the reverse incline of propping your feet up on a chair to work your upper ****!. Pushups are great because ALL pushups work your chest, shoulders, biceps, triceps, and even abs!. If you get strong enough, you can do chinese pushups, which are if you do a handstand against a wall and use your shoulders to hoist yourself up!. Don't know how capable you are of that though!.

The pullup bar will do wonders for your biceps!. Do a few sets of those every night!.!.!. 5KG dumbells are nothing though, so those wont help!. To build those biceps, you need to have your palms facing inwards!. Your Triceps will come naturally with with the pushups, especially the diamonds!.

Abs are tricky, but there are plenty of things you can do at home!. If you want to stay away from boring crunches, you can do:

Reverse crunches, lay down and bring your legs up to 90 degrees, slowly lower and repeat
Bicycles, which is clinically proven as the best ab excersize, which is laying down and putting your hands behind your head and swinging your legs like you're riding a bike with the synchronized arm motion!.
6 inches, which is laying down and holding your legs 6 inches above the ground, which fuggin hurts by the way

If this is your first time working out, you'll see some results in two weeks!.!.!. Remember you need more calories because you need to look BUILT, not skinny!. I included two links, one on how to do an ab crunch correctly, and one on how to do the bicycle because I couldn't figure out how to explain it verbally!.

Yes!. Some people gain weight while losing inches!.

You lose the fat, but you gain muscle & tone your body!. If you find it hard to gain muscle, add more protien to your diet, like chicken!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes whenever you work out, your body fat will decrease!. you will also gain weight if you are building more muscle than the fat you get rid of because muscle is denser and thus weighs more than fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

crunches, crunches, crunches!
push-ups, chin-ups, curls!.
Lots of all of the above, but 7 weeks may not b quite long enough!. It takes a lot of work!.
