well lately i've been doing hip hop abs and stretching, and i do this little at home walk/jog session with my brother where you jog in place and then speed walk then into leg lifts!.!.!.i have lost a few pounds but my grandma say i will gain it back because you only lose weight if you walk or run is this true or not because because i would walk outside but i don't feel uncomfortable when others are around me when i exercise!.!.!.plus i weigh 186 i'm 5'6 with a triangle body meaning i carry weight on my hips i have a pretty flat stomach with just a lil pooch, i usually talk to her but all she is doing lately is making me feel worse not helping!.!.!.for example to day she says i have love handles i dont think that i do!.!.!.trying to lose 46 lbs if you have any thing that i can do better just tell me thank you!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I dont think that you have to run or walk!. I think that you can do any type of exercise and as long as you are moving and burning calories you are doing great!!! I find that running and walking are very boring, so I try to find a form of exercise that I enjoy doing!. I really like to play soft ball, and swim!. Something here lately that I have been doing is using a yoga ball!. They are pretty inexpensive (walmart $10) and they come with a list of exercises!. They are supposed to build muscle!. I am not talking about bulking up, but it improves your muscle tone and the more muscle you have on your body, the more efficiently your body burns fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
