How can i curb my cravings?!


Question: How can i curb my cravings!?
I am always wanting food, Even when im not hungry!.

lol, i have the exact same thing!. What i usually do is keep some sugar free hard candy around, so that when a craving hits i suck on one of them!. It helps!. Or sugar free gum works also, the chewing sends a message to your brain that you could be eating, when you're really not!. I also Drink huge glasses of water, *which really helps fill your tummy up!. or chew on ice cubes!. also, brushing your teeth is a almost a surefire way to not eat!. With the taste of toothpaste in your mouth, food would taste horrible!. Or go for a walk/run!. Or watch a movie, (takes your mind off it) read a book or magazine, Think of how crappy and dissapointed in yourself you will feel if you do eat that extra fatty snack :)

If you start your day with or eat high carb meals with little fat or protein, you trigger the need for more food!. Carbs do no satisfy the hunger feeling and carbs are processed in your stomach quickly!. Try to get a balanced meal with carbs (high fiber), fats and proteins and you will feel satisfied!.!. especially the first meal of the day!. And, of course, make sure you are eating enough calories all day!. Even on a calorie restricted diet, you should not go below 12-14 times your bodyweight in calories per day!. The first girl had a lot of awesome ideas!. If you just can't help but to snack, try some kind of nuts!. They fill you up quick and won't get you fat! LOL Saw it on Oprah and told my dad about it!. Many times when you feel that you want food and your not hungry you could be dehydrated!. Perhaps try drinking liquids instead so that your body can rehydrate!.!.!.!.helps alot!Www@Answer-Health@Com
