Question: How to bring my weight down by winter sport season!?
i am a wrestler and this upcomeing year I am going to be on varsity!. I did relitivly well last year at a weight of 130-135!. Right now my weight is 145-150, but I have also lost a significant amount of muscel mass around my abs and legs!. I want to be in decent condition by the time school starts, about 1 month and i can continue exercising during my fall sport!. What is the best way to gain back my muscel mass and lose 10-15 pounds in 1 month safely and effectivly!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

well i was a wrestler too!. i've been in the program for 3 years and im still debating whether to join my sr year!. i wrestle 135 but my natural weight is 160!. This is how i did it all of my years, but it was very stupid cuz i did not put in effort during the summer!. i would be down to about 140-145 be4 my weigh ins and i would just lose all water weight the day be4!. it's extremely unhealthy and makes you cranky beyond reason!. anyways to answer your question, you can't gain your muscle back and lose 10-15 lbs!. when u lose weight, u lose your muscle mass too!. it happened to me and all the other wrestlers!. im assuming your body fat isnt too high cuz my body fat was like 7% and it was almost physically impossible to lose anymore weight!. u just have to make the sacrifice of losing a little muscle mass, because its part of becoming a wrestler!. if u dont want to then u gotta move up a weight or something!. just lose your weight right now and when wrestling ends just work out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
