What dosage are you taking!? How many times per day and when!?

Did you go through a "loading" phase!?

Creatine is the most tested supplement on the market!. Every single study shows the same thing!. Increased endurance, increased strength and though probably just a side effect of the increased workout ouput: higher fat loss!. I don't even buy into that though!. I am a bodybuilder and I wait until I talk to other bodybuilders and try the products myself!.

You say all it does is drive water into the muscle!. no sh**!. That's what anabolic steroids do as well!. Our body, including muscle, is mostly water!. If a muscle can hold more water it can hold more ATP, glycogen and synthesize protein better!. These are things that make you have better contractile strength!. Better strength = bigger muscles!.

Here are the uaual problems with people that think it doesn't work:

1!. They don't have any muscle to begin with and/or little experience in the gym!. They don't lift heavy enough or provide enough intensity to begin with so what noticeable effect wil it have on them!. Muscle size is about moving weight!.!. tons of it!.
2!. They don't load it and they don't cause the neccesary insulin spike with ingestion!. You have to take creatine when your stomach is relatively empty and you have to take it with something like grape juice!. You need a pure, simple sugar!. The insulin respinse is what really drives it to there it is supposed to be!. There are also has to be a 3-4 day "loading" pahse where you take 15-20 grams to build up your level!. After that 5 grams per day keeps it maintained!.
3!. Their bodies just cannot utilize it!. I know a few guys whom took real anabolic sterois and gained a lb!. Their genetic dictated that the drug they were taking was not used by the body!. If you are one of those misfirtunate ones, yes, creatine is a waste of money!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No matter what answers you get, the peple who give you a time is when they started seeing results!. The problem is everyone is different!. It may take you 3 days it make take you a month!. But be careful, if you take it for a month, take a month off!. Creatine is naturally made in the body, and over a long enough period you body will stop making it!. It thinks if I am getting creatine from an outside source, why waste the energy to keep producing it!. Then you will have to drink those expensive drinks the rest of your life!.!.=\Www@Answer-Health@Com

First of all, creatine is bullshit and you will lose the mass after you stop taking it!.!.!. It does not make you stronger, it simply forces water into your muscles to make them look bigger!.!.!. So if you're going for looking a little bigger it might be worth the side affects that no one knows about yet!.
