Question: Teenage Female abdominal Question :)!?
I am a 5'3 female and weigh 115 pounds, Im naturally small but I have more of an athletic frame to me like in my legs!. I have this thing lol I call it my pouch its just a small layer of fat on my stomach that is flat on the sides but hangs alittle over my stomach almost like an upside down heart shape!. Im a healthy person and I wouldn't like to go under 110 pounds cause then I can not donate blood in order to get flat abs is this mostly an excersize thing or a weight loss thing!. Is it possible to flatten the stomach without losing weight!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
