How can I get skinny/ slim fast?!


Question: How can I get skinny/ slim fast!?
Please don't tell me there isn't a way, because there is!. I know it requires exercising, which is fine, I swim about 2 hours a day regularly!. I weigh 130 and am about 5'2, I know that's average, but not around here, it's not!. PLEASE HELP ME!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

?don't eat after 7 and do NOT eat any snacks if you're hungry it doesn't matter if its a fruit or vegetable just don't eat ANYTHING other than water after 7 !._!.
?sleep before 12 and sleep for at LEAST 7-8 hours
?try not to skip meals!.!. eat all meals and don't eat so much that you're so full you can barely stand -!.- just eat until you're not hungry but not full either
?exercise daily and if you can try to run/jog around 20-30 minutes
?Try to refrain from junk food I mean you

can still eat them but try not to each them as much!.

edit: oh just remembered after like hours xD DRINK DRINK DRINK AND DRINK WATER! =D you can go look up why its good for you yourself i'm too lazy right now lol xD

i'm sitting on my fat butt eating bread and butter!.!. -!.- gosh!.!. this is NOT going to help me lose weight!.!. ehh!.!. oh well =D anyways good luck with your weight losing/skinny project!!!!! and do NOT follow my example i just wrote (the bread and butter part while typing this) it will just make you gain fat -!.-

oh right btw here's a little bmi calculator to see if ur overweight or underweight or average =] encase you wanted to know ur bmi !._!.

edit edit: this is a warning!.!. if you gain 6 pounds you'll be considered overweight!. i'm not trying to be mean but i'm just telling you to stay at 130 or lose weight either one but try not to gain ^^ haha i'm telling you what my aunt tells me all the time ><Www@Answer-Health@Com

on top of swimming for two housr, try to run for 30 minuites every day!. These two exercises will help to build muscle, so you may not see that you are losing weight on the scale, you will definetly look like you did!. Your body will be nice and toned, and you will look stunning!. On top of those two exercises, watch what you eat!. Make sure you do not over eat, and try to avoid sodas and junk food!.

i dont think that 5'2 and 130 lbs is normal but w/e
ok first of all dont swim!.
RUN RUN RUN!. an hour 6 days a week is good!.
dont eat more than 1100 calories a day
stick to this and you'll lose it allWww@Answer-Health@Com

hmmmmm!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.cut out junk food and eat more protein and more fruits and vegies and cut out soda no fast food and exercise alot i suggest turbojam i tried it its a really fun workout and you lose weight super quickly !Www@Answer-Health@Com
