Should I wait?!


Question: Should I wait!?
Stupid question- but hey !.!. I just want opinions!.

I got about 3 hours asleep last night ( not that I usually get much more than 6 usually)!. I had a really long/exhausting day yesterday)!. Dogs woke me up this morning!.

I am SOO tired, but it's early and cool right now!.!.and I want to go running ( 13 miles)!. I run that every day!.!. but since I went to bed to late last night!.!. I was going to run tonight ( still way hot outside)!. I could go back to bed now!.!. and run tonight stilll!.!.!. or I could get it over and run now-- 1/2 alseep!. But I am sure I can do it!.

I think you are going to make yourself ill!. Have some sleep!. BTW you should have at least one exercise free day each week - muscles and joints need some recovery time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
