Argh! How can I exercise for longer?!


Question: Argh! How can I exercise for longer!?
I can only do 1hr 30 m at a time +/- 5 minutes, and I want to increase this to two hours!. How can i do it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

90 minutes is a good long workout!. I'm not sure why you'd want to force yourself to go for longer!. You could be over-training!. Your body needs time to recover so if you're going to exercise for 90 minutes you should only do so 3-4 times per week (unless you're doing very light exercise or taking a lot of breaks during that 90 minutes)!.

Having said that, if you eat a small meal or "pre-workout" shake about 60 minutes before you start your workout and drink water or a sports drink during your workout you should be able to go for longer - assuming of course you're well rested and didn't do a heavy workout the day before!.

try different types of excersising!.!. you might prefer some to others!.!. and break the time up in parts of the day!.!. like ddo and exercise dvd in the morning!.!.!. go swimming or running or wtever you do in the afternoon, and take your dog for a walk or something!.!.!. do different things!.!.!. also instead of driving somewhere (to the shops/ work etc!.) walk!.!.!. just walk whenever posss!. go out on you bike!.!. do you have a trampoline!? just little bits is goodWww@Answer-Health@Com

Try the Wii fit, its so fun you don't even realise your exercising!. Too much money!?!.!. try going for runs or light jobs with your Mp3 in!.!. your so busy listening to the music you would do two hours with out even noticing itWww@Answer-Health@Com

Two hours is over-doing it!.
Stick to your hour and thirty minutes!.
I am saying this cause over exercising is an eating disorder and it can get really out of hand!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

build it up gradually, increase your time by a minute every few days!. Dont overdo itWww@Answer-Health@Com

I wouldn't do it for 2 hrs!. 1 hr is just right!. You'll burn all your muscles if you over do it mate/Www@Answer-Health@Com
