After losing all that weight you should be so proud!

I know that when I started dieting I was deathly afraid to cheat!. But don't worry, eating a cheat meal here or there is actually kind of beneficial to your diet!. The thing about cheating is that it boosts your metabolism temporarily!. When your diet is always the same; eating the same things, the same amount of calories, the same exercise amount -- your body adjusts!. It's your body's way of saying "I'd rather have the extra weight than have too little!."

I know this sucks for us in a society of lollipop girls!.

But yes, not to get off course!.!.!. A cheat meal here and there, maybe once, twice a week, won't hurt you! It will shock your metabolism and will probably make you lose a bit faster!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Why would you!?

Keep eating healthy and be happy that you have something, even if it is FEAR, to keep you from sliding backwards!.

You know yourself better than anyone else!. Don't allow anyone to convince you that "it's okay" to do something you don't want to do, which it sounds like you do want to, but your better judgment is keeping you from doing it!. Listen to your intuitions and let your fear work for you, not against you!. It's obvious you have come a long way and don't want to slide back into old patterns and this is GOOD!.

If your weight isn't healthy and you are afraid to eat normally, then you could be on the path to a disorder, but as long as you are healthy, I wouldn't worry so much!. If you really are looking for reassurance that one splurge isn't going to kill you, then here it is:

One splurge isn't going to kill you!. Just make a rule for your splurge that you'll only do it once a week and only one servinig of it!. I guarantee you will be okay if you follow that rule, unless you KNOW one serving is going to turn into a free for all, then don't do it!. Only you know if you can handle a treat and be happy with it or if it will trigger a binge you will regret later!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you find yourself really wanting something, I say go for it and have a reasonable portion of it!. If you keep denying yourself of cheat foods, you could either end up binging on it later or your fear of cheating could turn into a chronic fear or eating disorder!. As long as you eat healthy most of the time, it's alright to allow yourself a cheat food every once in a while!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I agrewe with Alice but i also understand where you arwe coming from!. Some people are all or nothing!. If you are one of those and can resist temptations without becoming obsessed to the point of binging!. Just stay on track!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Please dont cheat is a very important rule once you are healthy you can eat what ever you want dont cheat Bro and keep going to your goal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
