Question: I'm 14 years old and i want to know how to get a six pack of abs!.!?
I'm 5 3" and i haven't grown in a while and i'm skinny!. Will i get a 6 pack after i go through puberty!? Does anyone know how i can get a six pack!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture, for example)!. In your hands hold a little dumbbell!. Please, make sure that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your body back, until it's parallel with the ground!. Stop for a second and move it back to the sitting position!. Repeat ten times!. Every week add to the number of repetitions!. You will see the results in a week, guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat - if you have any - six pack and muscles!. Dumbbells do wonders!. Much better than these crunches - I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT ALL!. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Secondly, I hope that you do not mean 6 pack of beers; am I correct here!?

1) search Wiki for abdominal muscles / belly you will see what does the six pack made of (= many abdominal muscles in great tone and shape)

2) lay back flat on the floor, hands hold onto something (chair, table's leg) for easiness,

* lift your two legs up, slowly, together

* slowly low them down to the floor

* repeat X times

(you feel your belly muscles when you do it + lowing the legs phase is the most important one: do it slowly, maintaining the belly muscles tension)!.

this is the cheapest, easiest can do anywhere at anytime!.

Eat well, good fresh vegetable, roots, fruits!. One sugar drink a week, or may be two so you do not look "strange" to friends!.

It takes time to develop the type of body you want!.

The exercise advce you got is good !.!.!. just be careful not to hurt your back!. I used to do a lot of full situps and ended up with a very bad lower back when I got older!. Now adays it is recommended to do CRUNCHES instead of situps !.!.!. this is where you only raiise your upper body by tightening your stomach muscles !.!.!.!. you can find the instructions on exercise web sites !.!.!. just Google it!.

Also - work on your whole body through exercise so you develop a grand bod, not just tight abs!. All those Muscle Men you can see pictures of have worked hard to develop all of their bods, not just one spot!.

Another thing you need to do !.!.!.!. Eat HEALTHY!. You will need the calories from good lean protein and complex carbohydrates to build the muscle you want!. Drink MILK, eat fruits and vegetables and lay off the junk food!.

you can get a six pack by obviously doing a lot of ab work! i am also 14 and i want a six pack so i do a lot of sit ups and what not!. also, you can get an exercise ball because they have different things you can do with your abs!. i hope i have helped you! (:Www@Answer-Health@Com
