Morning:
Green tea
Slice of watermelon
Drink water for lunch
Dinner:
I'll eat, but in smaller portions with some water to drink!.
*Do some crunches/sit-ups

Surely , you can loose 3 kg!. in the first 2 days!.
I'd like to add, if you can increase this qty of food by 60 % and go for the walking fast exercise or running exercise for 30 min!. 4 times / week!.!.!.!.!.that would help more!.

UM that is a starvation diet!. The result of eating that way will be for your body to hold on to all the weight you are trying to lose!. You need to eat more food, but smaller portions, like this:
Make sure you eat breakfast - most important meal of the day and it jump starts your metabolism!. Eat six small meals during the day like this: Breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack!. Eat lean meats like chicken with skin removed, (white meat only), fish, lean beef, cottage cheese is a really great protein also (1%) Eat lots of vegetables and at least 3 fruits per day!. Avoid potatoes, white bread and sugar!. Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day!. Try going for a walk every day at a brisk pace for at least 30 minutes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

because your insides feed off eachother
just eat regular meals each day and skip snacking
but eat regular and healthy
then you can do situps and pushups for like 15 minuets
each day
and get into activities outside
heat helps burn weight just dont over do it

Go to the public library and get a book that lists the calorie and carbohydrate contents of foods, make a list of the lowest of each, design your meals around those foods!.
Only eat a meal as large as your fist!.

no that would make you look weird cause then your ribs would pop out from being enhealthy skiny!. try eating some cheerios and fruit for breakfast!. don't eat lunch and then eat like some rice for dinner and just excirsise a little!.that way you'll be skiny and will a little bit of muscle tone!. so that will practically make you have the perfect body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
