Green Tea... ?!
Question:
Green Tea... ?
I have 4-12 Cups of Green Tea a day.
Since i am trying to reduce my hunger craving and this appears to be working.
Are there any effects on having 12 cups of green tea?
is that too many?
i am being healthy? Since now i am having only 3 meals a day. instead of snacking every hour.

apparently green tea speeds up your metabolism, something to do with the antioxidants it contains..so yes you are being very healthy and you can never have too many cups of green tea...good luck with your regime!!

However, green tea contains less caffeine than coffee: there are approximately thirty to sixty mg. of caffeine in six - eight ounces of tea, compared to over one-hundred mg. in eight ounces of coffee.)
