Any possible workouts while sitting down??!


Question: Any possible workouts while sitting down!?!?
Are there any workouts that i can do for my abs or legs while sitting down on my plane ride it's gonna be 6hrs at least and wondering if i could do any workouts while sitting there the whole time!.!.i heard the stomach vaccuum !? how does thatworkWww@Answer-Health@Com

thats the stomach vacuum!. basically you just suck in your stomach for a certain amount of time!.!.!.and idk bout the other exercises lol
why dont you bring a psp or something to keep you entertained!?

edit!.!.!.well then uhhh draw, or talk to random people you dont know and will prob never see again, maybe you could read a book or a magazine!? go to the store and pick up lik 8 magazines or something that has to do with muscles or cars or something!.!.!.!.buy a cd player for 10 bux and about 40 batteries and make a buncha cds and listen to them!.!.!.!.talk to people on your cell phone if you have one!.!.!.or just sleep!.!.!.thats what i usually doWww@Answer-Health@Com

1Practice good posture!. This, alone, is one of the best exercises you can do for your body!. By keeping your spine as straight as possible, it puts less pressure where pressure doesn't belong!.

2Stretch!. Make sure to regularly stretch your muscles!. By stretching your calves out, you increase blood flow, reduce the chances of blood clots and increase the strength of your muscles!. Stretch your neck by moving it slowly forward and backward and side to side!. Stretch your back by stretching your arms out wide and then lean back, pulling your arms back!.

3Roll your wrists!. This will help reduce chances of carpel tunnel syndrome and general stiffening incurred from arthritis!.

4Contract your stomach muscles!. Tighten them up, hold them for a few seconds and release!. Do this five or more times!.

5Exercise your knees!. Place a rubber ball behind your knee and squeeze it eight to 12 times!. Switch knees and repeat!.

6Do leg lifts!. Lift your legs using the balls of your feet!. Repeat this as many times necessary to make your legs feel a little tired!.

7Lift weights!. Using one- to three-pound weights, lift them with your arms!. Do lifts to work your biceps and triceps!. Lift the weights above your head!.

8Move!. While working, talking on the phone or typing, move your body!. This could mean bouncing or swinging your foot while sitting!. Switch your weight in your chair!. Do things to increase your movement while sitting!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well here is how you do the stomach vacuum: Sit straight up and relax then inhale and suck in your stomach for 10-20 seconds then exhale repeat until satisfied!. I have done this for awhile and it does show its progress plus it helps with body posture =) Good luck and have a great flight !!! Hope this helped =P

You're better off doing a good workout before you leave so you won't have to worry about it---It will be pretty tough trying to work out with people all around you and with such limited space, and I'm talking limited space!Www@Answer-Health@Com
