My pecs are hurting??!
Question: My pecs are hurting!?!?
I've added push ups to my daily routine, 100 of them a day, and my pec area is kinda sore, especially when I press hard it hurts a lot!. Is that normal!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It definitely means your doing something right,however I wouldn't suggest that you do so many if you are just starting out!.You can progressively add more to your daily total so you won't be so sore!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
If you just recently started doing push ups, its normal to be sore!. But if you've been doing this for a while and it still hurts, I would go see a doctor or something!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
