if you are concerned about your weight because you are over weight or think you are ask your doctor as well!.
healthy eating can help you they best way to shop for healthy foods is to shop the outside perimeter of your grocery store!. and buy organic vegetables and fruits!. I say this because you have to eat 3 regular apples to get the same nutrients as one organically grown apple!. and same goes for other fruits and veggies because big farms that plant year after year have soil that has less nutrients in it!. So in turn less is absorbed by produce!.
as for the rest of the perimeter of grocery store it is seafood, meat, fresh hand made pastas, dairy and bread usually!. basically all the foods you need!. I use this theory when shopping if my great grandma would not recognize the product I do not eat it!. Which leaves out many of the items in the middle isle like chips, snack cakes and food and can goods and things like fruit snacks etc!.junkie frozen foods!.
