Question: Can I continue talking slim fast!?!?
A month and two days ago I bought slim fast, and took one shake in the morning and one in the afternoon, I was on a diet and exercised at well!. I only did this for two weeks, though!. The next two weeks I continued my diet and exercise routine without the shake!. It's been a month and 2 days now and I've lost 17lbs!. It's been two weeks now since i've taken the slim fast shake!. Can I continue taking it, or should I leave it!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

yea u can take it i mean if it works for u it works for u though i recommend whey protein shakes but hey if that works why not take it !.!.!.not gona hurt u if ur losing weight with it but if u mean u lost 17lbs cuz u stopped taking th e shake then id recommend staying away from it and ull lose even more weightWww@Answer-Health@Com
