i am a 21 about 2 b 22 and smokes alot of ciggerettes i never eat cause i always want a cigerette tried the patch but that didnt work and im loosing alot of weight like ribs showin skinny anyone have any tips !?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go see your doctor!. Maybe he could give you some other choices on how to quit smoking!. I used to smoke, it was the hardest thing to give up!. You are not the model of health!. Smoking is very unhealthy!. I suggest you quit now while your young rather than 20 yrs from now!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
