Is there any a way to lose weight and be able to eat something that actually tas!


Question: Is there any a way to lose weight and be able to eat something that actually tastes good!?
I've been thinking of going on a iet, but the I can't seem to find any healthy, AFFORDABLE, foodds that taste good!.

Does eating healthy mean sacraficing taste!?
I mean who can really eat plain lettuce!?
Raw vegetables have to have ranch dressing!. I dislike the taste of others!.
I like some fruits, but not enough to eat them all the time!.

And of course produce is EXPENSIVE!

So is there a way to loe weight while eating things that taste good, or is it impossible!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes there is a way to lose weight and be able to eat things that actually taste good!. Yes it is somewhat expensive to get produce all the time (fruits and vegetables)!. You can eat things like lean meats (grilled chicken) sometimes!.

Also by having a good breakfast will help you to remain satisfied during the day!.
You can eat eggs everyday!. It is a fallacy that too many eggs will give you cholesterol!.

here is a typical menu for the day that you can use as a guide and make your own changes as you see fit!.

for example a very good healthy and satisfying breakfast would be a two egg omellete along with three or four slices of an onion chopped along with three slices of diced tomatoes!. (You now have eaten two servings of vegetables and it's only the beginning of the day)!. I season the eggs with mustard!. It has only 5 calories per teaspoon so you can use as much as you want!. I developed a good taste for it!.

Next in the breakfast you can have some plain oatmeal with a few raisins mixed into it!. For the days that you don't eat oatmeal you can subsititute a cup of cereal such as rice krispies or special K or cheerios or Plain Branflakes (add a few of your own raisins or a couple of sliced strawberries) another small serving of fruit!. Use 4 ounces of milk in the cereal!. You can then take plain water and in a glass and take half a fresh lemon or a whole lemon and squeeze really squeeze the lemon until all the juice is in the water!. do not use sugar!. You will get used to the taste and it will really quench your thirst!. On the days that you don't use the water you can drink a cup of plain green tea or regular tea!. do not use sugar!. the secret to amking it taste good is to let it cool off and do not drink it hot!. It is more flavorful and less bitter when you drink it cool!.

A good breakfast like this will keep you satisfied throughout the day!.

For lunch you can have some strips of grilled chicken and a measured cup of cooked brown natural rice with string beans and broccoli!. You can use mustard again if you want or you can use a very little bit of a sauce!. if you use too much sauce it will cause the meal to ahve too many calories!. Again have water with fresh squeezed lemon and this will help with getting another fruit serving in!.

also drink plenty of water during the day try to drink between at least 64 to 80 ounces a day of just water up to possibly 100 ounces of water!. This will curb your appetite for craving foods and it will cause your metablism to work properly and your body will naturally burn off more calories!.

Also you can have something similiar for dinner along with some meat and a potato and some peas and carrots along with some seasoning such a little bit of olive oil!. You can have some chili along with a potato and a salad which will satisfy and you can place some chili and spices on top of the salad which will make it very tasty!.

also sometimes about every ten days you can splurge on some favorite foods that you like at a meal!.

The main thing is to cut down on sweets and sodas as this adds extra weight to you over time and it causes you to have cravings for sugars which is the real culprit in not losing weight!.

Watch your portions and you will be able to eat many types of food but in moderation and the vegetables are the best to have as you can have a lot and be satisfied and not consume too many calories!.

Exercising will help you to keep your metabolism going strong thereby causing your body to burn up extra calories!. You can walk and ride a stationary bkie!. even if you can't take an hours walk at a time you can take 15 minute wlk three times a day and you will get the same benefit!. Exercise does not have to mean many hours at a time as I well know that most people are extremely busy during the day with work etc!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.

Maybe you would wanna try salad with southwest dressing, or any dressing that suits your taste!. It adds a different taste to the vegetables!.
You don't have to eat plain lettuce everyday, try adding some walnuts, tomatoes, bean sprouts, spinach to whip up different flavours!.
Or you could make yourself tuna sandwich, which is healthy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well when i was on a real healthy diet, a year and a half a go, food was not this expensive!. It is so much easier to buy junk and get full off of that!.

Pork is a good tasting meat that is very inexpensive right now!. you can season it with anything and it tastes great! I don't know about much else, but is you follow your normal eating, and just cut out side dishes and snacks, you can definetly lose weight!. To combat your hunger, dink lots of water!.
