Question: Gain 15 lbs in a month for football!?
Ive been gaining weight steadily for about 8 months now!. I went from 138 to 175 but Im still a little light for football season I need a way to gain about 15 lbs in a month!. Im already strong so I need muscle AND fat!. Im not a complete ameteur at gaining weight I just need some help gaining this last bit because I am hungry only 2-3 times a day but my stomache isnt very big so im stuck!. ( I practice with the team 3 days a week for about 2 hours so I still lift and run) thanks for any ideas you haveWww@Answer-Health@Com

You need to realllly!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.UP your calories!. EAT EAT EAT!. You need to eat 5-6 times a day with high protein and make sure you are ingesting 3500-4000 calories per day!. This sounds like alot(it is) but the only way you grow is by ingesting more calories than you burn!. Which you burn alot right now with lifting and practice!. Diet is the key my friend!.

i suggest a different position! go with what you have naturally! conform to your abilities not your coaches!. if you have talent then your coach will see it in the now! not in the future! ps, i'd be more concern with education! if sports will pay off, then it will! as with other answers, p!.b!. and supplements will get you in tip top shape!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

When you do get hungry, eat a lot!. Go to McDonalds and eat some the Double Quarter PounderWww@Answer-Health@Com

One of my ex's football coaches told him when he wanted to gain weight to eat alot of peanut butter!.!.!.!.!. i know it sounds really crazy but it actually works so i guess eat alot of pb&j's lol!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
