Question: Please give me details for a workout plan!!!?
Okay, i need something that will maximize the amount of time I get in the gym!.
I can spend 2 hours a day max!. Usually do 1 hr in the am and 1 in the pm!.
Can you give me a supercharged workout that will give me a boost with my helath!?
Ex!. Life barbells - 8 reps 3 sets, etc

this is easy!. one hour HAS TO BE cardio!. i recommend the eliptical because it burns more calories than running if you turn up the tension any and it's no impact on your joints!.
the second hour should be circuit training!. the gym probably has an area for this and you'll go one minute on each machine and move!. always work different areas!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
