This could be a minor 'hiatus hernia'. This is where the sphincter at the top of the stomach is damaged, and lets stomach acid leak into the oesophagus (foodpipe). The stomach is armoured against the acid, but the lining of the oesophagus will be burned by it. If the injury is small, it will tend to affect you when you are active (jiggling stomach about), and have recently eaten (plenty of acid production). Some of these are left a long time before being diagnosed, and something that only needs a minor repair can become a case for major surgery. Worth checking out (but don't be anxious about it in the meantime).

Alternatively, it could be because you are exercising too soon after eating, OR too long after your latest meal.

Everybody has heard that you shouldn't swim within an hour of a heavy meal. The reason is less well known: the human body has too little blood in it. There isn't enough blood supply to allow digestion and hard muscular activity to happen at the same time. Muscles get priority, so the innerds are deprived of the oxygen they need. This causes cramps, and indigestion, and can make you vomit (which is dangerous in water).

If you are exercising less vigorously, but still digesting, the same thing can happen, but with less severe symptoms. If you exercise with a very empty stomach, the combination of low blood sugar, reduced 'visceral' blood flow and jiggling can also cause indigestion, although this is more likely to feel like a 'knotted stomach', than a 'heartburn' sensation.
