Sore muscles...?!


Question: Sore muscles!.!.!.!?
I workout out 4-5 times a week, and have been doing so for at least 2 and a half months!. I do arm and ab work (weights, pushups, crunches etc) 2-3 of the 4-5 days!. I recently sprained my ankle so in a workout yesterday, I did mainly ab and arm exercises for about 50 minutes!. They are extremely sore today, and it's not like they just aren't used to the working out!. I have put a cream called "Muscle Rub" on but it hasn't seemed to work!. Usually sore muscles feel good, but these are so bad it's starting to interfere with just bringing in the grocery's (too much pain!)!. So why is this happening!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Maybe you are overexercising!? You sound like you're working pretty hard!. Maybe try toning it down a little and give your self some breaks in between!. Also, stretch before AND after each work out!. This will help from straining any muscle!.
