Question: I want to lose 20 pounds by august!?
i dont care if it is uhealthy or not!. i am sick and tired of being the fat kid around my friends!. i weigh 125 and i am 5'5"
i just want to know if it is possible!. i will be going to the gym and consuming less than 600 calories a day!. the only thing i wont do is throw up and take diet pills!.!.i am only 17 so yeah it is illegal i think!. okay so how and is it possibleWww@Answer-Health@Com

Well, I get that question a lot from many people I help!.

I'll eventually tell you how to lose more weight in a healthy way and maintain it for many years!.

In the mean time, here is how to lose weight quickly!.
First, eat a small portion 6 times a day, every three hours!.

Second, drink lots of water- 8 glasses a day!.

Third, cut down on soda and switch to diet soda or even water!.

Fourth, do NOT skip breakfast!.

Fifth, eat lean meat such as chicken and turkey!.

Sixth, do not eat within two hours before going to bed!.

Seventh, carry healthy snacks such as fruits and baby carrots!.

Eighth, start running 30 minutes a day, 5 times a week!.

Last, sleep at least 8 hours day!. Lack of sleep makes you eat more!.

Unhealthy or not it doesn't matter!.!. you should not be trying to loose that amount of weight in that time period!. It IS unhealthy, but what's probably more important to you is that it WILL come back!.

In order to lose the weight for good, you need to adopt a healthier lifestyle that includes a good diet and regular exercise!. And if you don't want to become "the fat kid" again, it needs to be something that you can stick to!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First of all, you shouold care if its unhealthy, because if you do it unhealthily and then loose the weight, you will gain it right back, or when your older have stomach problems, plus, with how old you are and how tall you are, if you loose any weight you will have a health problem of some sort, I am 5'4" and i weigh 160!. Now that sounds fat, but i excersise and work out alot!. I thik you are being selfish by not caring about your body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Everyones body is different!. So it may take one person to loose 20 pounds in a month, and another to loose 20 pounts in 4 months!. You have to maintain a balanced diet and exersize for about 30 minutes a day!. If you're consuming less than 600 calories, thats not very healthy for your body!. All you need to do is measure your proportion sizes, and REALLY cut down to no sugars!. In the begining of June I was 130 pounts 5'7, and I've lost about 10 pounds doing this!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

wow you are tottaly not fat, and eatting 600 calories will cause many problems expecially if you are excersising your going to need calories so you wont throw up!. I recomend 1120 calories a day for your height and excersise for about 2 hours a day!. Weight train and do lots of cardio!.

ok I'm going to be different then the other people!.!. instead of putting you down and telling you how stupid you are for trying to almost starve yourself everyday to lose weight, i know you wont care or listen to them, so I'll just tell you the truth!. FIRST of all are you going to eat 600 calories for THE REST OF YOUR LIFE!? because you know diets don't work!.!. yes you can lose weight by eating only 600 calories a day, but your metabolism will slow down more and more and it will get harder and harder to lose weight and plus!. when you lose the 20 pounds you think your gonna go back to the norm!.!? nah your gonna gain all that weight back!.!. what you need to do is DON'T COUNT CALORIES if you want to go on an extremem diet!.!. well lets not call it diet, cus as i said diets don't work!. lets call it and extreme LIFE STYLE!. so don't count calories instead be a raw vagan!.!. that means you eat everything raw!.!. i don't mean meat i mean no cooking veggies and losing nutrients and no bread or any baked goods that are soo yummy and easy to binge on!.!. so what you do is eat all you want of veggies and fruits and there are so many recipes for breads that aren't baked and are extremely healthy on this raw vegan website!.!.!. and for the veggies you eat, you don't have to worry about how much you eat of them!.!. turns out, that lets say you eat a stalk of celary, i think that's like 56 calories, your body BURNS those 56 calories just by digesting the celary you just ate!.!. so that's why you don't have to count calories on the raw vegan diet!.!. and you'll be full on energy and very healthy!.!. if you only eat 600 calories!.!. trust me i tried going that rout except it was only 500 calories!.!. and guess what nothing happend, my metabolism slowed and i lost like maybe a pound for all that hard work and trust me!.!.!. you'll end up binging on the food you tried to hard not to eat!.!.!. just try the raw vegan life style and you will lose the weight!. and work out too to get toned!.!. good luck here's the website http://www!.rawfoods!.com/recipes/
