Question:

The first step towards a more healthy lifestyle?

There are many things about my lifestyle that i would like to change
*ciggarette/weed smoking
*half assed diet
*my endurance

Ive always wanted to change these things but more so now that i want to advance in jiu jitsu. I want to compete and with my health not at its best i feel like i wouldnt last a second in a competition
heres the problem.
I feel like i dont make enugh money to eat three healthy meals a day
Nor do i feel as if have the "want " to quit smoking. I dont feel like i will ever "want" to quit smoking.
Is it actually possible to effectivley cut down or should i just bite the bullett and quit?
Ive been smoking for so long that its just somthing i dont feel i can stop doing easily. I have to worry about not being bitchy at work and being able to be a normal person while quitting smoking.
My question is. What should i work on first? How can i begin taking the steps to a healthy lifestyle without taking every step at once? What should i work on first?

to be honest with you while i was reading this post i realize that you really arent dedicated to jiu jitsu as you say you are or want to be. you cant make sacrifices for something so i think you should just stick to what you are doing right now in your life. i am not trying to be mean but i am being real. it sounds like you dont want to quit smoking or eat healthy so just dont try. again i am not being mean but am being real. it seems you are not dedicated or motivated. and i am not going to give you support like most of the people that post above me or below me. if your hearts not in it dont do it
