Question: Athlete having joint problems!.!.!.!?
I am a college athlete and I work as a go go dancer!. My stillettos kill my knees to the point where I cant work out so I am gaining weight!. WHat should I do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

when we have joint pain there are two things to consider-----
BONES-- are they lined up!.
MUSCLES----- if they are tight , guess what, this leads to internal joint pressure!.
In your case i say you have both things against you!. Since you are an athlete ,i guess you are stretching everyday and you are going to your trainer to get some relief!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Stretch before you work out!.!. -_- thats a common mistake, so don't fret, too many people don't take stretching seriously!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
