Im trying to loose weight?!


Question: Im trying to loose weight!?
Im eating healthier and smaller portions then I normally would but im finding it hard not to want to snack a lot in between meals!. Can anyone suggest any snacks that are really yummy but very healthy and that will really help curb my hunger!? thanks so much!
P!.S!. have been eating fruits and veggie sticks for snacks but im sick of always eating that as a snack!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Snacks - small amount of nuts or seeds, half slice of hummos on toast, a nice apple / bannnan, glass of water! (with maybe high fibre powder in it - expands), go for a walk if bored!. Snack bar (healthy kind), Veg juice does me over :-)

For a meal - why not have a stir fry (loads of sproats, with strips of veg's - low cal sauce such as soy - loads of ways to make it) - or porridge for breakfast (with cinnimon powder and maple syrup) - or a large salad with sun dried tomotoes and olives and a little chicken / tuna - all of these will keep you going and don't need to snack!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat about 5 to 6 smalls meals daily this will boost your metabolism therefore causing you to lose weight!. You don't want to eat 3 square meals!. Eat lots of fruits and veggies get a low calorie dip for your veggies to make them more enticing!. Don't eat before you go to bed!. Drink lots and lots of water!. I also had a lot of seafood and it helped me lose 5 pounds in 6 weeks!. Seafood contains a vitamin called omega 3 which causes you to lose weight!. Salmon has high concentrations of omega 3 which is what I ate a lot of!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

try the snacks that are low in calories for example rice cakes!.!.!.and i saw that you mentioned eating less and you know what its not eating less its what your eating less of!.!.!.its preferable for you to eat more of the good stuff than less of the bad stuff soo the key to losing weight is to eat eat eat but at the same time exercise exercise exercise!.!.thats the key for losing weight!Www@Answer-Health@Com

granola, go find 100 calorie pack things, almost everything now a days come in 100 calorie packs even doritos and cookies and cupcakes and candy tooWww@Answer-Health@Com

grapes are good and yougurt and you can make a smoothie with yougurt and fruits or low-fat milk or even skim milk!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

salad is filling, fruit's good too
