What is the best food to eat late at night!.
That wont make you get fat!.!?

Eat things like Fruit, Yogurt, and basically healthy things!.
don't eat a lot of sugar or candy and things like that!.

I've read recently that low-fat dairy products are good to have if you get hungry late at night because there's something in them that helps you sleep!. So, if it's late and you can't get through without a snack, try a glass of skim milk, a cup of low-fat yogurt, or some low-fat cheese!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Fruit works well!. Bananas, pears, apples etc!. They actually raise your metabolism during the night and help you burn calories all night long!.

If you feel hungry during the night, drink a glass of water!. Alot of times we think that we are hungry but are actually thirsty!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i would say a peice of fruit!. don't eat anything with too many carbs or sugar right before you go to bed because it can disrupt your sleepWww@Answer-Health@Com
